• As the Sr. Manager of Product Design at PushPress, you will be the first leadership layer within our growing design team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our design function. As a small but expanding startup, we are seeking someone who can lead by example—balancing hands-on design work with team leadership. You will drive the design strategy and execution across our suite of SaaS products while actively contributing to the design process.

• Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll help establish design systems, elevate our user experience, and refine our visual identity to align with both our mission and the evolving needs of our users. In this role, you'll mentor a small but talented team, fostering growth and collaboration while working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver exceptional product experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven success in building and scaling design teams.

• Expertise in designing for SaaS products, ideally within a vertical market or similar domain.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

• Deep understanding of design systems, usability principles, and accessibility standards.

• Strong grasp of UX research methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

• Empathetic leadership style that fosters trust and collaboration.

• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
