Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Sr. Product Designer to become part our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.

• You will be responsible for leading end-to-end product design process from discovery to delivery, producing high caliber of work in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

• Ultimately, you’ll help us create beautiful and intuitive experiences that empower our members to connect in ways that feel authentic and liberating.

• To be right for this role, you should have a mix of strong craft and a refined sense of taste, combined with sharp judgement and an appreciation for a robust product design practice.

• This means embracing a mix of data, research, and hypothesis-driven experimentation to create meaningful change for our members while driving positive business.

🎯 Requirements

• A seasoned product designer with 5+ years of experience in crafting consumer-facing digital experiences that inspire and empower, ideally for mobile platforms.

• You are passioned for human-centred design, with an appreciation for nuanced, inclusive, and bold design solution.

• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create meaningful, visually compelling, and intuitive user experiences.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high level of autonomy.

• You communicate clearly and articulate design rationale and align cross-functional teams with our vision.
