• About the Role:

• Lyra Health is looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to help craft solutions across the highest impact moments in a member’s mental health journey to search for care.

• As a product designer at Lyra, you’ll drive initiatives to successful outcomes for users and the business by approaching problems holistically with speed and simplicity to elegantly solve multi-faceted, complex problems that help members get started with Lyra.

• This role will be a part of the Client Enrollment team, which supports a member’s first encounter with Lyra from discovery, registration to booking an appointment with a provider.

• This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually.

• Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in UX, UI, HCI related field with experience working on mobile

• Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users

• Experience implementing design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environment

• Highly proficient with design tools (Figma, Principle, etc)

• Strong prototyping skills

• Ability to think big and understand complex feature sets, shaping design for multi-disciplinary projects

• Mastery of design craft

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well on a highly collaborative and cross-functional team

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

• Motivated by partnering with leadership and comfortable with rapid changes in direction to determine the most optimal path forward

• Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
