📋 Description

• Our mission at Pennylane is to empower accountants and businesses to become more productive and collaborative.

• Through our B2B SaaS platform accountants and businesses are able to save significant amounts of time by simplifying data-entry, invoice management and reconciliation tasks allowing them to spend more time advising their clients and building new business opportunities.

• Design sits at the centre of this mission and its purpose is to deliver a seamless, accessible and enjoyable experience for our users.

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Group Product Designer to join Pennylane.

• You will manage a team of 5 designers focusing on a collaborative environment and effective user research.

• This role includes overseeing and challenging design work while fostering an inclusive team culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Native level in French and fluency in English is required for effective communication and collaboration.

• You have experience managing and growing designers of all seniority levels.

• You demonstrate solid experience in product design, specifically in a B2B / SaaS context.

• You thrive on uncovering and solving complex problems and are not afraid to dive in complex topics (in our case, accounting).

• You excel at fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging design team culture.

• You are able to communicate effectively and smoothly with all types of stakeholders. You demonstrate great collaboration skills with PM and Engineering counterparts.

• You strive to understand both the users and the business, and are able to contribute meaningfully to the product strategy on your scope.
