🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a UX Design Leader or equivalent

• Build, manage, coach and scale a team of high-performing product designers

• Driving best practices in design process, user research, user testing

• Ensure best-in-class design solutions across all products and features

• Manage and empower product designers and UX developers

• Partner closely with engineering and product

• Raise the bar for product quality

• Iteratively improve products based on feedback

• Provide direction and growth to the design team

• Lead design thinking exercises
