• Ryz Labs is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join one of our valued clients—a globally recognized leader in digital sports experiences.

• In this role, you will focus on enhancing the post-transaction experience of their e-commerce platform, ensuring it resonates with users and delivers exceptional value.

• You’ll be working within a high-performing, collaborative team that values innovative design, data-driven decisions, and user-centered principles.

• You will lead the design process from concept to execution, delivering pixel-perfect deliverables.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and researchers.

• Drive usability testing efforts and leverage qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve designs.

• Take ownership of design challenges within the e-commerce ecosystem.

• Communicate your ideas effectively through strong verbal, written, and visual storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

• Proficiency in Figma with the ability to create stunning, user-centered designs and prototypes.

• Expertise in transforming high-level concepts into detailed deliverables through a highly iterative and collaborative approach.

• A sharp eye for usability: Solid understanding of user research and testing methodologies, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, techniques, and software applications.

• A results-oriented mindset, detail-oriented execution, and a professional demeanor that thrives under deadlines.

• A positive, open-minded attitude with the ability to take and implement feedback constructively.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering thoughtful, user-focused solutions.

• Previous experience within the e-commerce space.

• Familiarity with U.S. Sports and properties and a passion for great product and design
