• Role Overview:

• We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and elevate the end-to-end user journey, with a strong focus on activation, engagement, and retention.

• You will play a key role in shaping our product experience, designing seamless onboarding flows, optimizing feature adoption, and running experiments that drive business impact.

• You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure our design decisions align user needs with business goals.

• Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design – Drive best-in-class UX, UI, and interaction design, ensuring an intuitive and compelling user experience.

• Data-Driven Decision Making – Use data insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user journey.

• Prototyping & Validation – Rapidly build and test prototypes to validate hypotheses, balancing speed and craft.

• User Journey Optimization – Identify friction points and design solutions that accelerate time-to-value for users.

• Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) Approach – Leverage user research to deeply understand user problems and create solutions that fit into their workflows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to drive impactful growth initiatives.

• AI-Powered Experiences – Design interfaces that seamlessly integrate AI-powered automation to solve users' problems.

• Experimentation & Growth – Foster a culture of continuous iteration and testing, optimizing for activation, feature adoption, and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within PLG SaaS environments.

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product design work in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Proven track record of designing and launching successful products with a focus on execution speed and growth impact.

• Solid understanding of product growth concepts and frameworks such as JTBD, PLS, and PLG.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into design decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align design decisions with business objectives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of delivering impactful work in fast-paced startup environments.
