• In the role of a UX Metrics Specialist, you will be responsible for developing metrics and KPIs to measure the business impact of UX design.

• Simplify complex organizational issues into actionable solutions.
• Utilize systems thinking to navigate a large enterprise and drive standardization and transformation.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research or related areas.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in digital product analytics.
• Demonstrate expertise with live site performance tools such as Quantum Metrics, Medallia, and Adobe Analytics for 2+ years.
