π― Requirements
β’ 4+ years of experience conducting user experience research and designing for accessible, intuitive digital products or services.
β’ Experience translating insights into product designs through wireframes, prototypes, and iterative designs.
β’ Familiarity with key research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.
β’ Familiarity with design systems.
β’ Facilitation skills that make usability findings turn into design decisions.
β’ Experience collaborating within agile teams.
β’ Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Figjam, and Dovetail for research documentation and visualization.
β’ Strong attention to detail and a flexible approach to research and design priorities.
