UX Designer

📋 Description

• Buildout seeks a UX/UI Designer to enhance user experience across its SaaS products.

• Influence future CRE tech by creating user-friendly workflows for brokers.

• No commuting required, as this position is fully remote.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI as a user experience designer, product designer, or researcher with a strong portfolio of design projects including detailed descriptions of your design process

• Experience with a multi-product SaaS portfolio, including cross-product integrations and new product introduction

• Working knowledge of front-end web technologies, platforms, and frameworks (and their constraints) and are passionate about creating complex systems and keeping them well maintained

• Comfortable leading and assisting in user research activities and workshops

• Experience with Figma and knowledgeable of UX/UI standards, protocols, and methodologies for both responsive and mobile app design to take incomplete requirements and produce consistent, usable wireframes and mockups

• Ecommerce and/or Commercial Real Estate experience a big plus

• Comfortable embracing uncertainty and challenging the team with new ideas
