UX Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with your PM and engineering partners to develop overall product vision and strategy

• Work with researchers and directly with customers to unearth pain points and identify opportunities

• Facilitate working sessions with your team to generate ideas and evaluate possibilities

• Craft design artifacts (user flows, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, design specs, etc.)

• Evaluate design directions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business needs

• Partner with engineering to drive successful implementation of designs and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3 + years of UX or design experience

• Strong user centric, design process

• Strong interaction design and systems thinking

• Passion for solving complex problems

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Understands technical constraints; effectively balances quality and speed

• Comfortable in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with stakeholders across multiple timezones

• Comfortable working with a design system and designing across multiple platforms; Autodesk Build is on iOS, android, windows, and web
