• Focus on optimizing key user journeys, enhancing onboarding experiences & segmentation, refining messaging, and shaping product growth.
• Lead design projects within the Growth Portfolio, from research and ideation to execution and iteration.
• Design and enhance user experiences to drive activation, retention, and conversion.
• Partner with teams to improve onboarding and self-service workflows.
• Utilize data and user research to iterate on designs and validate solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligning with ActiveProspect’s brand and UX standards.
• Collaborate with Growth Product Manager and Engineers to implement and test features improving user engagement.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and propose design solutions enhancing usability and reducing churn.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles while considering business needs and technical feasibility.
• 3-5+ years of UX design experience at a B2B Product-Led Growth SaaS company.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to work with data-driven insights and implement actionable design improvements.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong collaboration skills and effective communication of design rationale.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user analytics, or experimentation frameworks is advantageous.
