• Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide and receive feedback, articulate design rationale clearly, and collaborate efficiently
• Comfortable navigating intricate workflows and simplifying them into intuitive user experiences
• Showcase a portfolio emphasizing strong UX principles, polished visual design, and tangible outcomes
• Enthusiastic about constructing scalable systems and reusable design patterns beyond just aesthetically pleasing screens
• Authorized to work in the United States and capable of passing a federal background check
