β’ Hone is looking for a UI/Visual Designer to join our team.
β’ You will report to the Head of Product Design to help define and elevate the visual design quality across our digital products.
β’ Collaborate closely with stakeholders to craft user interfaces, data visualizations, and motion graphics that set the standard for design excellence.
β’ Set the bar for visual design, maintain high-quality visual design style, and establish custom graphics and UI solutions.
β’ Shape and evolve the visual identity of Hone brand and its digital products by creating custom graphics and UI components.
β’ Contribute to a design system that promotes consistency and efficiency across patients' experience.
π― Requirements
β’ 4+ years of experience creating award-winning UI and visual designers for consumer products/applications.
β’ Experience working with design agencies and consumer brands.
β’ Experience designing custom iconography, data visualizations, and graphical elements
β’ Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion graphics/animation tools (After Effects, Rive, etc).
β’ Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, typography, color theory, data visualization, iconography, and illustration.
β’ Experience working with, contributing to, and helping to maintain a Design System.
β’ Strong understanding of modern design trends, user interface best practices, and mobile and responsive design techniques.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, remote environment.
β’ Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and rationale.
β’ A passion for raising the bar for design craft and innovation.
