π Description
β’ We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time.
β’ The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
β’ As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our development team and clients to ensure that our designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
β’ Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
β’ Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
β’ Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
β’ Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
β’ Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and testing.
β’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
β’ Communicate design ideas and decisions effectively to clients and team members.
β’ Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
π― Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
β’ 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
β’ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
β’ Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work
β’ Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
β’ Experience with user research and usability testing
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
β’ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
β’ Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
