• Conducting extensive UX research projects in various phases of the product lifecycle: Identifying user needs, expectations, and behaviors
• Analyzing and interpreting user data: Applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate insights that guide product development
• Communicating research findings: Creating clear, action-oriented reports and presentations for cross-functional teams
• Establishing and maintaining a research database: Systematically collecting and managing user feedback and research data
• Several years of experience in UX research, including utilizing methods such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies
• Deep understanding of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and psychological foundations
• Experience working in agile development teams and a strong focus on evidence-based product development
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable recommendations
• Excellent German language skills for written and oral work on our products, supplemented by your ability to communicate in English
