Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end UX process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and propose solutions

• Create and maintain design documentation, user flows, and interaction patterns in Figma

• Conduct usability testing to improve digital experiences

• Identify issues and participate in A/B testing for patient experience improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products in a high velocity environment

• Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment

• Proficient in Figma and other prototyping tools

• Experience owning both research and design as a solo UX person

• Strong communication skills for design decisions and stakeholder presentations

• Passionate about creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences
