π Description
β’ Lead the design of user interfaces for cloud-based applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
β’ Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
β’ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for cloud applications.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
β’ Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across applications.
β’ Incorporate accessibility standards and best practices into designs to meet DoD requirements.
β’ Contribute to the user experience strategy for the unified management portal and self-service dashboards.
β’ Analyze user feedback and usage data to continuously improve application interfaces.
β’ Stay current with UI/UX trends and emerging technologies in cloud-based applications.
β’ Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
π― Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
β’ 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web and cloud-based applications.
β’ Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving skills.
β’ Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
β’ Experience with responsive design and designing for various devices and screen sizes.
β’ Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508, WCAG).
β’ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
β’ Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
