Senior Product Designer

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication).

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful designs.

• Expertise in Figma and proficiency in design systems, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.

• Solid understanding of Material UI and ability to work closely with developers for seamless handoff.

• Experience designing for hardware interfaces, SaaS platforms, and mobile applications.

• Strong facilitation skills for conducting user journey mapping and persona workshops.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute efficiently without hand-holding.

• A data-driven mindset, leveraging research, testing, and analytics to refine designs.
