Principal UX Designer

📋 Description

• Minted is currently looking for a Principal UX Designer who will collaborate with various teams such as UX Design, Product, Product Marketing, Merchandising, Engineering, Data Science, and leadership to tackle the most challenging and uncharted business obstacles faced by Minted.

• The role involves establishing tools and systems that effectively convey Minted customers' preferences to the business while maintaining an active and evolving connection to the needs of both customers and artists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong user empathy and a natural inquisitiveness about behavioral drivers

• Extensive experience linking UX strategy to progress on challenging business hurdles

• Proficiency in Figma, user testing, Confluence, and Google Suite

• Familiarity with principles of user-centered design
