• This role isn’t about managing an agency—it’s about getting your hands dirty by creating, experimenting, and amplifying the Rise8 brand, our CEO’s brand, and our team’s expertise through masterclass-style content that moves the needle.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a Creative Director or similar content-focused role with a strong emphasis on video-heavy content marketing and social strategy.
• Proven track record of growing CEO and company brands and thought leadership through video, podcasts, and social media.
• Hands-on expertise in video editing, filming, design, audio editing, and copywriting.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments (agency, startup, or media experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing content pipelines and ensuring deliverables align with strategic goals.

• Premium Insurance: We cover up to 100% of the employee premium and up to 80% of the combined dependent premium on our base health plan, depending on pay band.
