📋 Description

• Lead the creative vision for projects and client campaigns

• Manage and mentor the design team

• Oversee project timelines and creative quality standards

• Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the creative, strategic and technical teams

• Present creative concepts to clients

• Visualize ideas and develop visual design directions for our clients and internal projects

• Elevate digital design and tell evocative brand stories that create emotional connections with users

• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

• Supervise other team members and crave feedback yourself

• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and the target audience

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in creative direction and digital design

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and interactive design work

• Proven leadership and project management skills

• Demonstrable creative direction and strategic thinking

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and inVision

• Solid understanding of interaction design principles and usability practices

• Experience in mentoring associate-level designers

• Experience in interacting with clients

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and current web design trends

• Have an eye for detail, be highly organized, self-motivated with the ability to take ownership in areas of responsibility

• Strong communication skills in English
