• What’s the opportunity?
• WorkRamp is looking for a talented product designer with a strong background in user experience and visual design.
• We operate with a startup mindset, which means moving quickly through intuition while also keeping a high design bar for customers.
• What will I be doing?
• You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and influence all aspects of design at WorkRamp.
• Key responsibilities will include collaborating with the Founders, working with PMs and Engineering, owning the design system, and collaborating with marketing teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product design
• 3+ experience in B2B SaaS
• Previous startup experience
• Expertise in Figma
• Strong understanding of new AI UX patterns
• Ability to collaborate well with multiple stakeholders, with the ability to disagree and commit
• High sense of urgency, organization, and a bias toward action
