• Digital Product Team role contributing to product design, collaborating closely with teams.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, understand design impacts on member's experience.

• Build/improve product design processes, lead user research, create prototypes and wireframes.

• Collaborate with engineering, maintain design libraries, evangelize design thinking across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on product design experience

• Significant experience working with product design teams

• Hands-on user research experience

• 7+ years of hands-on UI and UX experience

• Ability to make design accessible to non-designers

• Can quickly adapt to and apply feedback

• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects

• Ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once

• Open-minded, empathetic and flexible to different styles of working

• Excited to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Well-versed in design tools like Figma

• Experience with AI prototyping

• eCommerce design experience

• High-degree of comfort with A/B testing platforms

• Passion for sustainability

• Experience with Asana

• Familiarity with landing page software, like Webflow
