• High appreciation for craft and visual design.

• Ability to translate complex technical flows into simple, insightful, and actionable experiences.

• Communicate design clearly, regardless of audience.

• Ability to collaborate with a team across multiple time zones.

• Experience rapidly developing and launching small-scale experiments with engineers.

• Experience with Lean UX methodologies.

• Experience with user research and data analysis.
