Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research and conceptualization to final implementation.

• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across products.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and craft solutions.

• Design intuitive interfaces for complex AI-powered features.

• Drive design critiques and present work to stakeholders at various stages.

• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design for digital products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes.

• Expert knowledge of Figma and modern design tools.

• Experience working with React frameworks and understanding of technical constraints.

• Excellent prototyping skills and ability to communicate interactive designs.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Experience with design systems and component-based design.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

• Excellence in UI/UX design principles and best practices.

• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives.

• Understanding of AI's impact on user experience and interaction design.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously.

• Ability to perform all the above according to applicable security and privacy best practices while staying up to date with ever-evolving standards in the industry.
