📋 Description
• Serve a critical role in understanding customer needs and transforming them into training resources
• Report to the Learning Experience Designer Manager
• Responsible for design, development, delivery, management, and measurement of training curriculum
• Utilize latest technology to enhance contact center associates' experience
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing e-learning
• Leveraging Articulate Storyline or similar tools
• Applying Adult Learning Theory
• Implementing knowledge management strategies to ensure accessible and well-structured content
• Strong technical writing skills to develop clear, concise, and effective learning materials
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
• Familiarity with task management tools
• Experience in learning data analysis to assess behavioral and business impact of training programs
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, technical writing, and presentation/facilitation abilities
• Proven ability to work in diverse teams
• Strong eye for detail and adherence to processes
• Availability to work during US time zones
