• Seeking a passionate and efficient Product Designer to refine Minerva Forum.

• Transform detailed requirements into seamless and intuitive user experiences.

• Responsibilities include translating product requirements into designs, managing priorities, and supporting quality assurance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional design experience building software.

• Proficient in Figma for designing and prototyping.

• Experience in a design team of 1-2 people and capable of leading projects from conception to completion.

• Comfortable receiving and integrating feedback.

• Skilled at explaining design decisions and understanding user psychology and mental models.

• Portfolio displaying strong design aesthetic, fast execution, and ability to handle complex design challenges.

• Happy to focus on design execution right now, but excited about potential of growing into a more strategic role.

• Available for virtual synchronous meetings and chats between 9am - 3pm PT, Mon-Fri.
