• We are in search of a seasoned Web Designer to collaborate with us in crafting exceptional user experiences.
• Responsibilities entail translating complex requirements into seamless interaction flows and visual elements, resulting in aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly designs.
• A keen eye for elegant and functional web design is essential, along with top-notch user interface design abilities.
• Engage in all phases of visual design, from initial concept to final hand-off to the development team.
• Generate innovative website design concepts that simplify complex challenges for users.
• Collaborate with team members to exchange and explore design concepts.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Present designs and key outcomes to colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Establish design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Possess 2+ years of experience in a Web Designer role, supported by a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Extensive background in developing wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Skilled in using XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar visual design and wireframing tools.
• Demonstrated graphic design and visual design capabilities with a focus on user-system interaction.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
• Hold a BS or MS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related Visual Arts field.
