Senior Web Experience Designer - Remote in EU

More than 100M people view Prezi’s website each year. We are looking for a talented Senior Web Experience Designer to lead the design and user experience of our website, focusing on top-of-funnel interactions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern web aesthetics, responsive web design, and site architecture, with a strong emphasis on user-centered design principles and brand integration. This role involves taking ownership of the website’s design, driving innovation, and ensuring that it aligns with industry trends, best practices, and our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of the website with a focus on modern aesthetics, architecture, and responsive web design for a seamless user experience.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for web design, visuals, user experience, and site architecture.
• Ensure the website reflects and evolves our brand presence, integrating strong graphic design principles and maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with the dedicated team to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate design ideas and interactions.
• Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience and achieve business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, web design best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and responsive web design throughout the organization.
• Develop scalable design systems to ensure consistency across the website.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing modern web aesthetics, site architecture, and responsive design.
• Experience with Webflow for building and managing responsive websites.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first design strategies.
• A great eye for graphic design principles and a strong sense of visual design.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and a solid understanding of web implementation; JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
