• Proven experience in translating brand guidelines to web design

• Strong understanding of modern web design principles and best practices

• Ability to create engaging, professional designs that reflect our nature-tech positioning

• Understanding of how to structure and present detailed scientific information without overwhelming the reader

• Familiarity with presenting academic or research-based content in an approachable way

• Portfolio should show examples of effectively presenting technical or scientific content for general audiences

• Experience in designing for nature-tech, climate-tech, or sustainability-focused companies is a plus

• Experience communicating complex scientific concepts through visual design is a plus
