Senior Graphic and Web Designer

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Web & Graphic Designer who is not only an expert in design but also passionate about user experience, branding, and digital innovation.

• In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a compelling visual identity for the family of AllGuard brands across our websites, digital campaigns, and all marketing collateral.

• You'll work with our marketing team to create engaging designs that drive conversions, enhance the user experience, and elevate the AllGuard brands.

• Lead the design of pages and assets for the brand websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital marketing assets such as email templates, social media graphics, display ads, and product detail pages.

• Design product images, banners, and interactive elements that align with the brand’s identity and product offerings.

• Identify and manage external design partners and contractors to assist with larger projects or ad-hoc tasks.

• Design and optimize landing pages and microsites for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

• Manage, organize, and distribute the digital visual assets for all brands.

• Develop and maintain AllGuard’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and print media.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are seamlessly executed across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.

• Create print materials including install sheets, flyers, packaging, and other marketing collateral.

• Assist with photo and video shoots.

• Stay current on design trends, UX/UI best practices, and new technologies, applying them to improve our digital and visual presence.

• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showcasing web design, graphic design, and branding projects.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design tools.

• Understanding of HTML/CSS, website layouts, and responsive design principles.

• Experience working with web design platforms like Builder, Shopify, and Magento a plus.

• Proven ability to design with a focus on user experience and customer journey optimization.

• A strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.

• Passion for the automotive industry and product design is a huge plus!
