• Showcase a robust portfolio featuring top-notch web designs that exhibit a profound understanding of visual storytelling, user interaction, and structured layouts for B2B websites.
• Proficiency in Figma (including component creation, design systems, and scalable UI frameworks), FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
• Ability to design for scalability, ensuring seamless implementation of cohesive and adaptable design systems.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts, defend design choices, and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered environment while maintaining a meticulous and structured approach to projects.
