🎯 Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience in technical design, UX/UI design, or a related role, ideally working on SaaS or enterprise products.

• You have a proven ability to map complex user flows and simplify them into intuitive designs.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; you can articulate design decisions clearly and work effectively across teams.

• Proficiency in design tools and an understanding of technical constraints in a development environment.

• A portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-centric solutions and deliver measurable impact on product usability.

• You are experienced in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
