📋 Description

• Design engaging visual communications that support YNAB's mission

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-brand messaging

• Uphold visual brand identity in all materials

• Develop templates and guidelines for design consistency

• Excel in an iterative design process to maximize performance

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a designer

• Proficient in Figma and Illustrator

• Comfortable with time-sensitive production work

• Able to create illustrations following guidelines

• Live in a timezone within two hours of Central Time

• Knowledge of performance-driven design

• Experience bringing a brand into a product

• Interest in motion graphics & animation

• Proficiency in Webflow

• Understanding of visual effectiveness for social platforms
