📋 Description

• Karna, LLC is a leading public health consulting firm dedicated to improving health outcomes through innovative solutions

• Produce graphic elements and work on visual materials for digital and print communication initiatives, including infographics, webpages, reports, and ads

• Conceptualize and implement the design process of aesthetic concepts across projects

• Receive and implement feedback from team leads and refine concepts

• Ensure all materials comply with Section 508 accessibility standards, incorporating accessible design practices across both Adobe (InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office products

• Support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) by creating engaging and informative visual content that aids in public health communication and education

🎯 Requirements

• BA in related field, plus 7 years of experience in multi-media design or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

• Knowledge of the video post-production process, including editing pictures, sound, and animation

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work on several projects with simultaneous deadlines

• Experience in public health or healthcare preferred, 508 compliance a plus
