Designer

📋 Description

• We’re looking for a talented Designer with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about using design to help make psychiatry and mental healthcare more accessible.

• Reporting to the Associate Creative Director you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful, visually engaging work that reflects Talkiatry’s mission and values.

• You’ll be a key member of our creative team, collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to support a diverse array of projects.

• We’re seeking a creative with a strong visual instinct and a knack for storytelling through design.

• If you’re passionate about growing a brand, love crafting visuals that communicate and resonate, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to meet you.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar collaborative design tool).

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design best practices.

• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.

• Ability to create clean, engaging, and effective visual communications.

• 3-5 years of professional design experience

• Great communication and a love for collaboration, balanced with the ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously and welcoming feedback

• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques as needed.
