• Contribute to transforming the user experience for the Medicaid Drug Program product suite.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience conducting user experience research and designing for accessible, intuitive digital products or services.

• Experience translating insights into product designs through wireframes, prototypes, and iterative designs.

• Familiarity with key research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.

• Familiarity with design systems.

• Facilitation skills that make usability findings turn into design decisions.

• Experience collaborating within agile teams.

• Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Figjam, and Dovetail for research documentation and visualization.

• Strong attention to detail and a flexible approach to research and design priorities.
