UX Designer

📋 Description

• We are looking for a dedicated UX Design Freelancer to help us drive the user experience of our digital solutions to the next level.

• Your goal is to create easy, positive and relevant state of the art experiences for our users.

• Conduct weekly or biweekly user research through interviews and usability testing to gather insights.

• Interpret qualitative feedback and translate findings into UX design improvements.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that support an iterative design process.

• Apply continuous discovery habits by testing assumptions, refining ideas and prioritizing based on real user data.

• Partner with developers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.

• Experience working in B2B/B2C digital products is a plus.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field.

• Strong user centric mindset.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Experienced in the common sketching/prototyping tools like Figma as well as Pen & Paper.

• Familiarity with Continuous Discovery techniques, including opportunity solution trees and assumption testing.

• Skilled in creating simple solutions for complex design problems.

• Good understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.

• Strong communication skills, as well as fluent English skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Focused on the big picture but at the same time paying attention to small details.
