• Summary

• At Immunefi, we believe great design comes from those who own the entire process—from user research to final execution. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience and interface of our products, ensuring these are intuitive, functional, and efficient.

• In this role, you will enhance existing features, design new experiences, and optimize user flows. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers in a highly iterative environment, where new features ship on a fortnightly basis. We are looking for someone who can balance user needs with business objectives, think strategically, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, working across the entire design process.

• Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to execution with measurable results.

• Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard design tools.

• Strong understanding of design systems and how to maintain them.

• Experience conducting user research and leveraging insights to drive design decisions.

• Ability to create interactive prototypes to test and communicate ideas effectively.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.

• Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and typography.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

• Abstract Thinking & UX Principles: Strong ability to work with abstract concepts and translate high-level problems into structured, intuitive solutions. Deep understanding of UX principles, including cognitive load, mental models, and behavior-driven design. Proficient in defining the logic and structure behind user experiences, beyond visual aesthetic
