Senior UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the design of user interfaces for cloud-based applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for cloud applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across applications.

• Incorporate accessibility standards and best practices into designs to meet DoD requirements.

• Contribute to the user experience strategy for the unified management portal and self-service dashboards.

• Analyze user feedback and usage data to continuously improve application interfaces.

• Stay current with UI/UX trends and emerging technologies in cloud-based applications.

• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web and cloud-based applications.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).

• Experience with responsive design and designing for various devices and screen sizes.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508, WCAG).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
