• As a Senior UX Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating design as a strategic function, partnering closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to shape experiences that set a new standard for usability and innovation in healthcare.

• You’ll lead high-impact initiatives, optimize workflows, and ensure design thinking is embedded at every stage of product development.

• You’ll drive next-gen, consumer-grade UX and empower your team to think beyond execution – developing them into strategic decision-makers who define, rather than just follow best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 7+ years of design experience in a design environment (in-house, agency, or relevant industry), with 5+ years of managing people.

• You bring deep expertise in at least two core UX areas (research/strategy, system design, interaction design, visual design) and strong capabilities in two others.

• You have a portfolio that demonstrates industry-leading work, showing how you’ve driven impact through design strategy and execution.

• You know how to balance high-level vision with tactical execution, helping teams scope work effectively and prioritize learning, not just delivery.

• You have experience in complex systems and applications, knowing how to simplify the complex and create delightful, intuitive experiences.

• You are an advocate for collaboration, working closely with product and engineering to ensure design is a driver of business outcomes, not just execution.
