• Who you are

• We’re seeking a Senior/Lead Brand Designer passionate about owning, evolving and delivering world-class brand experiences.

• In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints while driving strategic creative opportunities across doxy.me.

• You will oversee projects, support the team and, most importantly, collaborate closely with stakeholders.

• The Brand Design team at doxy.me is responsible for driving all areas of our brand forward, ensuring it drives a strong connection with our audience and sets a standard for the brand in the telehealth space.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience (8+ years) in creative design and branding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving high-impact creative initiatives.

• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Previous experience in budget management and resource allocation.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.

• Familiarity with creative industry trends and emerging technologies is preferred.

• Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
