Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• We are opening the search for a new exciting role at Parable, and hiring a Visual Designer to join our dynamic sales & marketing team.

• We're looking for someone specialized in creating compelling sales decks and visual reports that communicate complex data through custom charts and graphs.

• This role requires a high level of proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with the ability to translate creative briefs from our Executives and Creative Director into engaging visual narratives.

• Creating compelling sales, marketing materials and other visual reporting tools to communicate brand messages and data insights using established brand guidelines while developing additional templates.

• Diving into data visualization, creating custom charts, graphs, and infographics that present complex data in an accessible, brand-aligned, and engaging manner.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to improve the quality and impact of design outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on creating sales decks, visual data reporting

• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating data visualization and storytelling capabilities

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

• Experience with UX/UI principles and responsive design.

• Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.) is a plus

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial

• Motion design capabilities are a plus
