📋 Description
• Execute a wide range of design projects, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the company’s brand and creative direction.
• Develop print and digital assets that support company initiatives across various media channels and target audiences, including the website, emails, events, paid media, social media, and business development.
• Implement and maintain visually compelling presentations for webinars, events, and business development efforts.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all assets, ensuring alignment with the Art Director’s creative vision.
• Stay informed on design trends and best practices, applying insights to enhance creative output while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to fulfill design needs effectively.
• Support the development of streamlined design systems and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming and design discussions while ensuring execution aligns with the Art Director’s guidance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, or an art-related field.
• 5+ years of building creative assets and campaigns in an agency or startup environment, with at least two years in the financial services sector.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe CS design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and Figma.
• High-level knowledge and experience in data visualization, covering charts, diagrams, and tables.
• Strong communication skills to explain design ideas clearly and confidently.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and precision in designs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
