📋 Description
• This individual will work to design assets showing the visual experience of the different customer journeys and tell their stories.
• Assets may be in the form of communication to employees, storyboards, written notifications, memos, PowerPoint decks, logos and a variety of work.
• The person will have an eye for quality and use photos to help bring a story to life.
• This role requires extreme attention to detail and the ability to produce and update assets in a timely manner as well as be flexible as priorities can shift.
• This individual will help design/produce/illustrate/animate assets for that may be used both internally and externally.

• Demonstrates the ability to quickly adjust to new priorities and changes in project scope, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

• Coordinates with print vendors on design or printing-specific questions as the subject matter expert, ensuring all external collaborations meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Willing and able to work with previous designer’s templates in order to ensure consistency in branding.
• Has the ability to marry the written word with visual design to create powerful compelling messages.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5+ years of graphic design & production experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, AfferEffects
• Solid understanding of web/mobile standards, responsive design, UX, email, digital ad campaigns & social networks.
• Deep understanding of brand narrative and storytelling.
• Writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across different projects.
• Strong project management, time management, and attention to detail.
• Individuals must be able to work autonomously as well as be part of a team.
• Team player who is good at juggling priorities and managing time to achieve a balance of creativity and quality, while respecting timing and budgets
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, color, editorial sensibility, innovative design and the latest trends
• Experience using Workfront workflow software a plus
