📋 Description
• Maintain and enhance brand identity across all platforms.
• Design marketing assets, including social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, infographics, and ads.
• Develop and manage a library of marketing collateral (brochures, one-pagers, case studies, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Create and edit engaging content for the website, blog, emails, and social media.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT to generate compelling copy.
• Assist in video content creation and editing.
• Support content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage and grow our social media presence.
• Design and optimize platform-specific social media assets.
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform content.
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content and branding.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and marketing collateral
• Creativity and storytelling ability
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Bonus Points if you have:
• Proficiency in content marketing tools , such as HubSpot, WordPress, and social media management platforms
• Understanding of basic SEO principles is an asset.
🏖️ Benefits
• $55,000 per year salary
• Vacation, sick days (5 days), and up to 5 bonus company days off (2 days at Christmas, 3 days in the summer)
• Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Remote work arrangement (our team is distributed across Canada, but we have an office space in Vancouver if you prefer a change of scenery)
