β’ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, proactively seeking feedback and iterating as needed
β’ Brainstorming PR-worthy campaign ideas and continuously looking for ways to elevate the Grove brand
β’ Understanding and connecting with the Grove customer β creating designs that inspire and resonate with them
β’ Successfully juggling multiple projects and requests
π― Requirements
β’ 0-2 years of graphic design experience - soon to be grads, we want to meet you!
β’ Degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Design, or equivalent experience
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and Squarespace
β’ Familiarity with (or interest in learning) Shopify and Tapcart
β’ Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to translate ideas into visually compelling assets
β’ Ability to think cross-platform, ensuring designs are impactful across different mediums
β’ A collaborative, data-driven mindset β you love designing with purpose and measuring results
β’ Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team
β’ Passion for healthy living, great design, and Groveβs mission
β’ Experience in ecommerce and/or DTC brands is a plus
