• Managing marketing content that supports our social media, branding, lead generation, and sales efforts.

• Designing graphics and marketing assets for digital and print campaigns.

• Creating and managing content for social media (posts, reels, infographics, carousels, GIFs).

• Building lead-generating ads and marketing materials for campaigns.

• (Bonus) Editing video content for social, web, and internal marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, and social media management .

• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience managing social media content and scheduling across multiple platforms.

• Ability to execute social media campaigns, track engagement, and analyze performance data .

• Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

• Strong organizational skills – you can juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Extreme attention to detail – you notice everything .

• Bilingual (Spanish Preferred!)

• Basic video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus!)

• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization.

• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) for campaign execution.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools .

• Proactive, self-starter mindset – you take initiative and get things done.
