Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey as a Graphic Designer in a cutting-edge role that bridges real estate and creative design. Responsibilities
- Transform basic floor plans into visually stunning and realistic 3D renderings using Adobe Photoshop and other cutting-edge design software
- Develop creative concepts that align with current design trends and client preferences, particularly in color schemes and modern aesthetics
- Work autonomously to interpret client needs and enhance floor plans, bringing unique properties to life visually
- Maintain a consistent design language across projects while infusing each rendering with creative flair and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual content that exceeds client expectations
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Stay at the forefront of design trends and technology, continuously improving your skills and contributing innovative ideas to the team
- Participate in the evolution of the company’s design processes, helping to establish best practices as the business scales
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing floor plan rendering and 3D visualization skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design software
- Ability to work part-time (20 hours per week) with flexibility to potentially transition to full-time as the company grows
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for current design trends, especially in interior design and architecture
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple projects
- Effective communication skills to understand client briefs and collaborate with team members
- Passion for real estate, architecture, or interior design is a plus
